Troubleshooting your delivery ?
* Packages that have been marked “delivered” to your address with the address correctly labeled:
Orders with confirmed delivery via USPS/UPS tracking to the correct address that you provided at checkout are not the liability of AQUA 512.
Please first check with your local in-person postal carrier OR place a note outside/inside your mailbox about the missing package. Most times, our friends at USPS/UPS are working so hard. They usually know where they “accidentally miss-delivered” our awesome AQUA mailers; IF it isn’t already waiting for you in your mailbox. Historically, this type of “accidentally delivered to the incorrect box” is resolved quickly without the need to call the carrier.
* If you still haven't received your order, but it says "delivered"
With your tracking information, please contact the delivery carrier to troubleshoot the delivery issue.

AQUA 512 will not be responsible nor liable for additional shipping charges or replacement products in this instance. [ *Orders may not be cancelled. No refunds will be issued. ]
* Orders marked with return to sender, undeliverable, no one at location to receive, business closed, or forwarding address issues due to incorrect address that was provided at checkout. [ That also includes the following possabilities: A missing apartment /suite/unit number, incorrect city, state, zipcode, or incorrect names, or forwarding issue]
Unfortunately “address accidents” occur from time to time. Trust us when we say, We want our products with you more than you do! If your package is lost due to the incorrect address info/name or forwarding issues or in any of the above possible scenarios and we do not receive it back; you will need to re-order again. AQUA 512 will not be responsible nor liable for additional shipping charges or replacement products . [ *Orders may not be cancelled. No refunds will be issued. ]
* In the event that above may occur:
Email us info@aqua512.com with your order number, new corrected address, name, and phone number. One of our customer care agents will reach out to process the additional handling and shipping. Customers will incurr a $2.50 handling fee plus the additional shipping charge which is needed to get your package back to you. In this instance, AQUA 512 will await to receive the package back from your carrier. After we receive it, we will re-process it and get your order back out ASAP.
